The process began with digital scanning and planning, which eliminated the inaccuracies often associated with traditional impression methods. By incorporating advanced horizontal scan gauges, we were able to accurately capture implant positions and angulations, ensuring a seamless digital transfer into the design phase. This significantly reduced chairside adjustments and improved treatment predictability.
Using CAD/CAM technology, a precise framework for the full arch restoration was designed, followed by the milling of a durable monolithic zirconia prosthesis. The digital workflow enabled faster turnaround, minimized clinical visits, and delivered a restoration that fit precisely with exceptional occlusal stability.
The patient received a fully functional All-on-X prosthesis that combined strength, comfort, and esthetics, while the clinician benefited from simplified steps and greater accuracy.
